This new role involves delivering programmes for associates, contributing directly to the growth and development of new hires. You'll receive comprehensive training and have opportunities to progress into leadership roles as the company expands.

The Role

• Deliver training programmes for new associates to support their development and integration.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions in collaboration with business leaders.
• Engage in practical, hands-on training and shadowing to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

The Person

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or technical sales, with a background in training delivery or coordination.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organisational skills.
• Ambitious self-starter with a drive for progression and the ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment.
